Bleach

Still got that can of leftover wallpaper stripper or auto-body filler from that project a few years back, but no longer need it? Do you have leftover detergents or cleaners that you don’t want? If you can’t use them up or give them away to someone who can, you can now return these materials to your local Municipal Recycling Facility or a collection event happening in your community.

What's included?

Corrosives cover one of the biggest range of materials in Orange Drop, so don’t let the name fool you. If you’re like most Ontarians, you have more corrosives around your home than you think! Corrosives include things like: acidic cleaning products, de-scalers, drain openers, pool and spa chemicals, rust removers, wallpaper strippers, metal cleaners, jewellery cleaners, bathroom cleaners, bleaches, toilet bowl cleaners, drain cleaners/openers, paint remover, masonry products (cement powders), auto-body filler and tire cleaners.

Irritants are one category of everyday materials included in this category. They include things like drain cleaners, household bleaches, cleaning products, such as bathroom and glass cleaners, laundry detergents and spot removers and dishwashing products.

It's time to Make the Drop – Orange Drop!
